Who we are
littleagent is a beta service operated by Efficiency Strength Training, LLC (“we”, “us”). This page explains what information we handle and why.
What we collect
- Your account: your name, email address and password. Passwords are stored only as a secure hash — we can't read them. If you sign in with Google, we get your name, email address and profile picture from Google instead of a password.
- What you tell your agents: the description you write when you create an agent, your chats, photos you send in a chat (only until your agent has replied — see below), and any settings you choose.
- What your agents save: notes and reminders your agent keeps for you, short facts it remembers about you if you switch on Memory, and a history of what it did (shown on its Activity page).
- Your Google account, if you connect it: permission to use your Gmail and Google Calendar for your agents. See Gmail and Google Calendar below for exactly what that covers.
- Usage: how many messages and web searches you've used, so we can show your monthly allowance and keep costs predictable.
- Security logs: basic technical details such as IP address and timestamps, used to keep accounts safe and prevent abuse.
- Payments: if you buy a paid plan, payment is handled by our payment processor. We don't see or store your full card number.
How we use it
- To run your agents: your messages and any photo you send, your agent's settings, its notes and the facts it remembers are sent to an AI provider to generate replies.
- When your agent searches the web, your search terms are sent to a search service to fetch results. When it reads a web page, our AI provider opens that page and the page's text is used to write the reply.
- To send account emails, like confirming your address or resetting your password.
- To keep littleagent secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
We don't sell your information, and we don't use your conversations for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers we need to run littleagent — our AI provider (Anthropic), hosting, email delivery and payment processing — and only for that purpose. We may also share information if the law requires it.
Your agents only see what you allow
Your agent can only use the skills you switch on. If it wants a new ability, it has to ask you first, and nothing changes until you approve. Gmail and Google Calendar only work once you connect your Google account yourself.
Photos, memory and web pages
- Photos: your browser makes a photo smaller before sending it. We pass it to our AI provider so your agent can answer that one message, keep it only until the reply is finished, and then delete it. Photos are never saved with your chat — later messages just note that you sent one. If something goes wrong mid-reply, the photo is still deleted within a few hours.
- Memory (optional): if you switch on Memory for an agent, it can keep up to 30 short facts about you — things you tell it about yourself or ask it to remember, or facts you add yourself. They're saved in littleagent and shared with our AI provider with each chat so your agent remembers them. You can see and delete each one in the agent's Notebook, switching Memory off stops your agent from using them, and they're all deleted when you delete the agent or your account.
- Reading web pages: when your agent has web search, it can read a web page — but only from a link you send it or from its own search results, never a link found inside your emails or notes. Our AI provider opens the page, and the page's text is used only to answer you.
Gmail and Google Calendar
Connecting Google is optional and separate from signing in with Google. Signing in with Google only shares your name, email address and profile picture — it doesn't give your agents any access to your email or calendar. Only the owner of a littleagent account can connect Google, and Google shows you exactly what you're allowing before anything is shared.
What your agents can do with it
- Gmail — read and draft emails. Your agent can search your email, read the messages it finds, and save drafts in your Gmail. It never sends an email: drafts wait in Gmail for you to review and send yourself. It can't delete, archive or label your email, or change your Gmail settings.
- Google Calendar — see events and add ones you approve. Your agent can look at the events on your calendar and suggest a new one. A suggested event is only added after you tap “Add to calendar”. It can't change, move or delete events, and it never invites or emails anyone.
- We also see which Google email address you connected, so we can show it to you on your Account page.
Why we use it
Only to do what you ask your agent to do — for example “find the email from my landlord”, “draft a reply saying I'll be late” or “what's on my calendar Friday?”. Your agent only uses Gmail or Calendar when it has that skill switched on and you've connected Google. We don't use your email or calendar for advertising, we don't sell it, and we don't use it to build profiles of you.
How it's stored
- The permission Google gives us is stored encrypted, and is only used by littleagent itself to fetch what your agent needs.
- We don't keep copies of your emails or calendar. When your agent reads an email or checks your calendar, that information is used to write its reply and then let go — it isn't saved in littleagent's database.
- Your agent's Memory is only for things you tell it yourself: it's set up not to save anything from your email or calendar, and you can check everything it remembers in the Notebook.
- Your agent never opens links found inside your emails.
- What we do keep, so you can see what your agent did: your chat with your agent (so if it tells you what an email says, that reply stays in your chat history like any other message), a short activity record such as “Saved a Gmail draft: ‘Lunch on Friday’ (not sent)” including who the draft is addressed to, and the details of events your agent suggests (title, time, place and notes). All of this is deleted when you delete the agent, or your account.
- Drafts your agent saves live in your Gmail, and events you approve live in your Google Calendar, just like ones you made yourself.
Who sees it
- To answer you, the emails or events your agent needs are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, together with your request. Anthropic uses them only to write your agent's reply, doesn't use them to train its AI models, and deletes them within 30 days (unless it has to keep something longer for safety or legal reasons).
- If you ask your agent to look something up on the web, the search terms it uses are sent to the search service, as described above.
- We don't share your Google information with anyone else, and we never sell it or use it for advertising.
- We don't use your Gmail or Google Calendar information to create, train or improve AI models — ours or anyone else's.
- People at littleagent don't read your email or calendar. The only exceptions are when you ask us to (for example, to help with a problem you report), when it's needed to investigate abuse or keep littleagent secure, or when the law requires it.
Turning it off
- Disconnect: on your Account page, choose Disconnect next to Google. We tell Google to cancel littleagent's access right away and delete the permission we stored.
- One agent at a time: switch off the Gmail or Google Calendar skill in that agent's settings.
- Delete your account: this also cancels littleagent's access at Google.
- From Google: you can remove littleagent at any time in your Google Account under Third-party apps & services.
Drafts and events already in your Gmail or Calendar stay there when you disconnect — delete them in Google if you don't want them.
Google's rules
littleagent's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Deleting your information
- Deleting an agent removes its chats, notes, reminders and memories, its activity record (including who its email drafts were addressed to) and the events it suggested. Drafts it saved in your Gmail and events you approved for your Google Calendar stay in your Google account — delete them there if you don't want them.
- Deleting your account removes your agents and everything they saved, cancels any paid plan, and cancels littleagent's access to your Google account.
- We keep a minimal record (for example, that an action happened and when) where we need it for security, billing or legal reasons — never the content of your chats, notes, memories, emails or calendar.
Security
We use encrypted connections, hashed passwords and strict access controls, and we check permissions every time an agent uses a skill. Access to your Google account is stored encrypted and never leaves littleagent's own servers. No online service can promise perfect security, but we take it seriously.
Children
littleagent isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
