About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Efficiency Strength Training, LLC, which operates littleagent. By creating an account you agree to them.

A beta service

littleagent is still growing. Features may change, and we may occasionally have downtime or bugs. The service is provided “as is”, without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free.

Your account

• You need to be at least 13 years old to use littleagent.
• Keep your password safe — you're responsible for what happens in your account.
• Please give us accurate information when you sign up.

Using your agents responsibly

• Don't use littleagent for anything illegal, harmful, hateful or harassing.
• Don't try to break, overload or get around littleagent's security or limits.
• Don't use your agents to send spam or to pretend to be someone else.

We may pause or close accounts that break these rules.

AI can make mistakes

Your agent's replies are generated by AI and can be wrong, out of date or incomplete. Please double-check anything important. littleagent doesn't give professional medical, legal or financial advice.

Your content

You own what you write and what your agents save for you. You give us permission to process it only so we can run littleagent for you — for example, sending your messages to our AI provider to generate replies. See our Privacy page for details.

Plans, allowances and billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly and include a set number of agents, messages and web searches.
• Payments are processed by Stripe on behalf of Efficiency Strength Training, LLC. The checkout page and receipts show our “TrainChat” merchant name; card statements show “LITTLEAGENT”.
• If you use up your monthly messages, your agents pause until your allowance resets. We never charge overage fees.
• You can cancel any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
• If prices change, we'll tell you before the change affects you.

Ending things

You can delete your account at any time from your Account page. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or if we need to for legal or security reasons.

Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, Efficiency Strength Training, LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of littleagent, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the past 12 months.

Changes and contact
